ROBSON February 7, Donald (Don), aged 87 years of Weardale, formerly of Newton Aycliffe. Beloved husband of the late Stella, devoted dad of Anne, Stephen, adored father-in-law of Richard and Michelle, best grandad in the world to Michael and fiancée Jodie, Clare and fiancé Jose, Sophie, Amelia and Sebastian. Also a wonderful great-grandad to Caitlin, Abbie, Dylan, Alana and Joselito. Will friends please meet for service in the Wear Valley Crematorium at 12 noon on Tuesday February 20. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Don can be left at the service for Dementia UK.

Donald died peacefully at home , sat in front of the fire with candles lit and with beautiful music playing with his son, daughter in law and granddaughter holding his hands. Beautiful. God bless you Don, I shall miss you every day. Until we meet again, may God hold you in the hollow of His hand.
