MARSHALL Eric Alwyn of Scotton formerly of Hartforth, Gilling, passed away on January 8, aged 90 years. Beloved husband to the late Mary, dearly loved father to Fiona and David, a much loved father-in-law to Brian and Julie, a treasured grandad to William, Sophie, Andrew and Christopher. Funeral service to be held at St. John's Church, Hipswell, on Thursday, February 1, at 12:00 noon, followed by a cremation at Darlington. Friends please meet at Church. Donations to Cancer Research UK may be sent care of John Blenkiron and Sons Ltd Funeral Directors, 21 Queens Rd, Richmond.
