SMITH Jean (Née Soulsby) Peacefully after an illness borne with great courage and strength on August 13 aged 81 years of Newton Aycliffe, formerly of Leasingthorne. Dearly beloved wife of the late Donny, treasured mam of Donald, Barrie, Milissa and the late Malcolm and Keith, much loved mother-in-law, beloved Grannie and Great-grannie, dearly loved sister and sister-in-law and a special friend to many. Would friends please meet at St Clare's Church, Newton Aycliffe on Friday, August 18 at 3.00pm followed by cremation at Wear Valley Crematorium at 4.00pm. Family flowers only please, a donations box for St Clare's Church and Macmillan Cancer Support will be available at church.
