SMURTHWAITE Peacefully, May 23, at home with her family around her, Jean (nee Skelton) of The Orchards, Brandon, formerly of Willington. Beloved wife of the late Tommy, devoted mam to Sharon and Tracey. Greatly respected by Sharon's husband Peter and Tracey's partner Paul. Much loved and loving grandma to Daniel, Lauren and Nathan. Loving sister to the late Elizabeth, Sheila and Margaret, also a dear aunt and great-aunt. Will friends please meet for service in Willington Methodist Church, at 2.00p.m, Friday, June 2, followed by cremation at Durham Crematorium. After the service all are invited to The Orchard's for refreshments.
