PICKERING John James, of Ettersgill, died in hospital on November 27, 2015, following a brief illness, aged 75 years. Dearly loved husband of Margaret, much loved father of Anthony and Stephen and father-in-law of Samantha, dearly loved grandad of Mark and Fay, brother of Elsie and the late Dylys Mary, also a dear uncle and brother-in-law. Friends please meet for service and interment at St. Marys Church, Middleton-in-Teesdale, on Friday, December 4, at 2.00p.m. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be made in church towards Cancer Research UK and Church Funds.
