SLACK Matthew (Matty) On January 18, suddenly at home in Crook, aged 38 years. Beloved son of Adrian and Catherine, dearly loved brother of Jeffrey, Andrea and Christopher also a much loved uncle, great-uncle, nephew, cousin and good friend of many. Will friends please meet for service in St. Cuthberts RC Church, Crook, at 2.30pm, on Friday, January 30 followed by cremation, in the Wear Valley Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in Matty's memory to be forwarded to the family for the Willow Ward at West Park Hospital, Darlington, DL2 2TS.
