WATKIN On January 2, peacefully at home Pity Me, Durham, John aged 83 years. Dearly loved husband of Eileen, loving dad of Stephen, Christine and their families. Friends please meet for service in St. Cuthbert's Church, North Road, Durham, on Wednesday, January 16, at 11.00 a.m., interment to follow. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to Cancer Research UK c/o Stuart Funeral Service, Gile-sgate, Durham. No black ties please.
