A GRANT scheme which has injected more than £120,000 into small businesses over the last four years is allocating more money.
Richmondshire District Council's Small Business Grant Scheme has another £30,000 in the pot.
The cash will be split into pots for the five areas of Richmondshire - Central, Garrison, Lower Wensleydale, North Richmondshire and Upper Dales.
Any unallocated funds will be placed in a pot after the first three months and will be available to any business to bid for.
The council's deputy leader Ian Threlfall said: “These grants may only be small amounts of cash but they are making a big difference to businesses around the district.”
