A Marks and Spencer store at a County Durham shopping centre has undergone a ‘rejuvenation.’

The M&S Outlet store in Dalton Park has seen its location upgraded over the past month with new assisted service tills, additional on-hand staff, new staff handheld devices added, as well as undergoing a significant makeover.

The store will retain its existing click and collect service with a dedicated staff member on hand to assist customers.

Richard Kaye, centre manager at Dalton Park, said: “We’re thrilled to have a household brand like Marks & Spencer investing in its outlet offering.

“The new upgrades and store layout will enhance the customer experience here at Dalton Park, allowing visitors to shop the brilliant fashion and homeware offering and discounts easily.

“We cannot wait to see the reaction from shoppers.”

The M&S Outlet store is located next to Puma and Etto within Dalton Park.
